Selected Impact
A selection of the systems, products, experiences and organizational capabilities that shaped how I work today.
Organizational capability
Creating the conditions for innovation to become a repeatable organizational practice.
My role
Established and led an internal creative technology and innovation capability, connecting emerging technologies, digital media and multidisciplinary experimentation.
The type of problem
New technology initiatives often arrive as isolated projects. The work was to create a coherent operating capability that could frame opportunities, run focused experiments and make learning useful across the organization.
Capability created
A practical foundation for problem selection, cross-functional pilots, visible decisions and the transfer of successful work into permanent functions.
Product and experience
Designing digital products around durable use rather than short-term novelty.
My role
Worked across UX, interfaces, content strategy and product development in international and long-term everyday-use contexts.
The type of problem
Product decisions need to reconcile user needs, business priorities, technical feasibility and the operational reality of maintaining an experience over time.
Capability created
Shared product language, clearer scope and experience decisions grounded in how people actually use and understand digital systems.
Creative technology
Connecting media, physical environments and real-time systems.
My role
Designed strategic and operational foundations for integrated spatial media, real-time content, digital art and data-driven experiences.
The type of problem
Work that crosses physical space, software, content and creative production can fragment quickly when each discipline optimizes its own layer.
Capability created
A multidisciplinary approach that connects creative intent with system architecture, production workflows and long-term operation.
Applied AI
Using AI where it provides practical leverage inside a wider product or organizational system.
My role
Developed and led AI-enabled product work, workflow experiments and supporting governance practices.
The type of problem
A technically impressive model is not useful unless its output connects to a real decision, workflow or customer need and can be evaluated responsibly.
Capability created
Problem-led experiments with explicit success criteria, human judgment at the right points and a clear decision to scale, iterate or stop.
The common thread is capability.
The aim is to leave a clearer decision, a tested direction and an organization better equipped to continue the work.
